I honestly can’t fault Cash for Clubs for the way they handled an issue with my order. Unfortunately my order got stuck on pending and I never received it, and although the refund process took around a month (mainly klarnas fault) their customer service afterwards completely changed my experience.
They reached out by email offering to send me some golf balls as a goodwill gesture, and even after I forgot about it, they personally rang me in the evening to follow it up. The phone call was genuinely friendly and thoughtful, which you don’t often get from companies nowadays.
They then went above and beyond and sent me two free golf tops and a pack of Callaway golf balls. It genuinely made me feel appreciated as a customer and showed how much they care about putting things right. Mistakes can happen with any company, but great customer service is how those mistakes are handled and Cash for Clubs handled it brilliantly.

Sold Cash fore Clubs my old driver which they offered me a great price for.......alot higher than any other company wanted to give it for it so was really fair. They made the sending it off process easy and also cover the cost so again really impressed with that. On the terms and conditions it states if its a cash buy funds will be paid within 48 hrs of receiving the item.......unfortunately I did have to email and call as I had no correspondence from them within this time frame!! When I did call they were very apologetic and dealt with things superbly getting me paid up promptly within 24 hrs of our phone conversation. All in all they seem a great company and will use then again just had to mark them down on the small issue I had but would definitely recommend using this company.

Well I ordered a shaft for my ping g440 hazardous. Got an email from Ross asking to give him a call. ,why you ask, we'll they didn't have the shaft in it was on the site by mistake. But gets better Ross had another look and they had another one in stock but needed the adapter changed to a ping. This is service for you. And it was cheaper. I went in to trade my old starter set for a new bag and putter, which they provided me with the best knowledge on which is best to get and gave me an amazing discount. It was a higher price than what I was offer from another company so I was so happy I decided to come up and see what they’d offer. The service is amazing and I went in not knowing if they will even take my old cheap set and came out even more confident and happy with my trip, new bag and putter which I’m excited to try out. I'm usually skeptical when I see 5* reviews with no negative ones, but if my experience is anything to go by, I can see why there are no negatives.

Found Cash Fore Clubs on marketplace and visited the store to collect some clubs. Got a fantastic deal and great advice from Ross. He was incredibly helpful and a very nice guy. Didn't know what to expect but had a really enjoyable morning at cash fore clubs. Ross helped me find the clubs I needed, was very comfortable with me testing them until I was happy with my choices and I came away with 3 clubs and a bag despite going in there just for(e) one!
Very friendly, helpful and would absolutely purchase from there again. I understand they also do lessons and my intention would be to book.

Faced with disposing of the clubs for a pal now in a nursing home, I was delighted with the service and response from CFC. I got a fair price, a welcoming smile and prompt payment. The gear has gone to a good transfer station and I am sure will find a new user to enjoy them. Some good buys too if you are looking and a chance to test them with a video facility.
