Whether you’re buying or selling, we keep things simple.

SELLING

STEP 1: Complete our online quote form, giving a fair and honest description of your clubs​

STEP 2: We’ll offer you a price for your clubs within 24 hours (it’s normally much faster than this)

​STEP 3: If you’re happy with the price, simply hit accept the quote, either as cash or store credit

STEP 4: We’ll arrange for our couriers to collect from you, no need to trek off to your local post office. All you need to do is package your clubs up securely.

STEP 5: Once we receive your clubs we will inspect them and then release the money to you within 48 hours, via bank transfer.

STEP 6: That’s it.​

PLEASE NOTE: Unless told otherwise, we assume all drivers, woods, hybrids and putters come with headcovers and adjustment tools where applicable and quotes are priced accordingly. If headcovers or adjustment tools are missing, £10 will be subtracted from payment.

PART EX

STEP 1: Get a quote for the clubs you’d like to use in the part exchange.

STEP 2: Purchase the clubs you want to buy, wait for them to arrive and make sure you are happy with them.

STEP 3: If you’re happy now it’s time to hit accept on your price quote email.

STEP 4: We’ll arrange for our couriers to collect from you, all you need to do is package your clubs up securely.

STEP 5: Once we receive your clubs we will inspect them and then release the money to you within 48 hours, via bank transfer.

FAQ

If you’re buying used clubs from any Tom, Dick or Sally on eBay or similar site, you could well be caught out. However all our used clubs are only posted for sale once they have had a full inspection from our in house PGA professional. Also, you are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Once we receive your clubs we will aim to have money into your bank account or PayPal account within 48 hours.
Very rarely. If the description you give of the clubs is wildly inacurate we may return the clubs to you, or contact you with a reduced offer. We hate doing this, so please try and be as accurate as possible in your description to avoid any issues.

We’ll arrange for our couriers to collect from you, no need to trek off to your local post office. All you need to do is package your clubs up securely.

If you return any purchase within the 30 day satisfaction period we will cover the cost of postage if the item is being returned because of a fault or damage.

If you return any item because you change your mind, that’s OK. but you will need to pay for the postage.

We will happily take part exchage. We will agree a trade in price up front. You will then need to purchase your new set from us first. Once you recieve them and confirm you are happy you can send us your old clubs, and after inspection we will release the money to you.

HEADS

5  – BRAND NEW – never been hit.
4 – VERY GOOD – This club has been hit a handful of times, may have a few very minimal marks.
3 – GOOD – This club has been used for a few rounds, shows signs of use but no major dings or chips.
2 – FAIR – Well used, still in completely playable condition but will show signs of wear and tear. Minor stone chips may be visible on the sole.
1 – POOR – This club will have heavy play marks, paint missing, with visible dents and chips.

NOT SELLABLE – major dents or stone chips on playing surface of club.

SHAFTS

5  – BRAND NEW – still in wrapper – never been used.
4 – VERY GOOD – Have been hit a few times, but could still pass as new.
3 – GOOD – No major marks, but may show light signs of use, for example light scratching.
2 – FAIR – Signs of wear and tare, but no major bag rub and no rust marks. stickers may be starting to peel.
1 – POOR – Very visibly used with various age-related marks. Shaft sticker may be peeled or missing.

NOT SELLABLE – major bag rub or major pitting and rusting of shaft.

GRIPS

5 – BRAND NEW – As it says on the tin, this grip is brand new, with protective wrapper still in place.
4 – VERY GOOD – 
As new and completely clean, would only have been played a handful of times.
3 – GOOD
 – Played with, showing some minor imperfections, but have plenty of golf left in them.
2 – USED – Well used, with some more obvious imperfections. Still playable, but will likely need replacing fairly soon.
1 – POOR – Needs replacing with rubber shiny and splitting.
